    With an impressive e-commerce track record that includes over 10 years with companies like Bell Canada and Nortel Networks, Anthony Lacopo has overseen numerous high-profile projects and attained valuable industry knowledge.

    Anthony holds an MBA in finance from the Université de Québec a Montréal (UQAM), a BA in electrical engineering from École de Technologie Supérieure, a LL.B in business law from the Université de Montréal and a Certificate in Entrepreneurship from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). As President of Utopia Image, he uses his versatile vision to develop win-win relationships with clients and also manages team performance by maintaining a close contact with all employees. Thanks to his active involvement in the city of Laval's economic development, Anthony is currently on the Board of Laval Technopole and on the Regional Labour Market Partners Council.

    A visionary, an enthusiast and an innovator, Anthony Lacopo looks to propel Utopia Image to the top of the business honours list.

    Spiros Malevitis has almost 20 years of customer contact center experience. Working his way up through the ranks over the years, his in-depth knowledge and understanding of both in-house and outsourced call centers is unparalleled. He occupies the position of Vice-President, Operations and is responsible for the daily operations of Utopia Image. He has a proven track record in call center management, consistently exceeding client objectives and has lead various businesses to new heights under his leadership.

    He is also President and co-founder of the Quebec Customer Contact Center Association, an association dedicated to the Call Center industry with a focus on the specific needs of the Quebec market.

    Spiros is recognized as a strong leader with the ability to motivate, coach, innovate, and create loyalty towards an organization while attaining objectives, exceeding customer expectations and exceeding budgetary targets. He has headed various organizations at an executive level and is no stranger to the delicate balance between customer experience, client satisfaction and cost containment.
