Anthony Lacopo
Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Anthony LacopoAnthony founded Utopia Image in 2006 and grew it from a market-research company into the first fully integrated Customer Experience Management agency. Driven by entrepreneurship and collaboration, Anthony recently added a Certificate in Entrepreneurship from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) to his MBA in Finance from Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM). He also holds a BA in Electrical Engineering from Montreal’s École de Technologie Supérieure (ETS) and a LL.B. in Business Law from Université de Montréal. A true visionary, an enthusiast and an innovator; Anthony set a single mission for himself: help his partners develop authentic long-term relationships with their customers.
 
Bernard Durocher
Vice-President, Global Operations
Bernard DurocherBernard joins Utopia Image with more than 20 years of senior executive experience and knowledge. Throughout his career, Bernard focused on delivering excellent customer experience while developing growth and expansion for the entities he worked with. He possesses an expertise in customer contact center start-ups in North America and overseas. Bernard is customer driven, operationally focused and has the strategic vision and experience required to accompany Utopia Image in achieving its goals. He values open communication, respect and team work. Prior to joining Utopia Image, Bernard held the positions of SVP, COO and CEO of diverse large companies in the customer contact center industry. He led and managed major accounts and serviced them through multiple centers located both onshore and offshore.
 
David Lacopo
Vice-President Product & Technology
David LacopoDavid brings to Utopia Image’s Management team several years of experience from the following fields: marketing, web development, project management, data analysis and customer experience management. Inspired by his creative background in Fine Arts, Music and Film; David has developed an innovative approach in managing end-to-end processes and identifying & resolving potential risks. David believes that every experience life has to offer must be embraced, as each experience is a great source of inspiration; and inspiration plus perseverance ensures success.
 
Isabelle Blanchet
Vice-President, Customer Experience Management
Isabelle BlanchetSpecialized in Marketing and Customer Experience, Isabelle brings to the team a strong knowledge of banking, telecommunications, customer service and operations. She is recognized for translating strategic vision into tactical impacts as well as for defining processes that optimize the employee-client experience in acquisition, retention, and omni-channel activities. Isabelle holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BAA) from HEC Montréal. Mobilizer, she takes matters into her hands with the main objective of developing long-lasting and profitable relationships between the company and its customers.
 
Khaty Gezzar, CPA, CMA
Corporate Controller
Khaty GezzarDynamic and detail oriented, Khaty is responsible of finance and improving processes. She brings more than ten years experience in finance and accounting while working in the travel and petroleum industries. A true leader, Khaty continuously demonstrates professionalism and helps our internal and external clients achieve high levels of efficiency. She holds a BA in Management and a MBA in Business Administration from HEC Montreal.
